该国际临床学习班是由台大医院与西门子医疗共同合作举办。
This observership program is hosted together by NTUH (National Taiwan University Hospital) and Siemens Healthineers.

此合作的目的是提供胸腔介入影像导引手术领域基于临床工作的同侪学习。
The purpose of this collaboration in the field of Interventional Pulmonology is to serve users who are looking for peer-to-peer study in clinical works. 

此课程提供多项使用西门子医疗ARTIS pheno 影像导引的临床应用。
This program provides some clinical experience of Image guided applications using Siemens Healthineers ARTIS pheno system. 

台大医院的胸腔外科全年执行基于影像导引的手术超过1000个病例。这丰富的临床经验可以为所有参加者在许多地方开启新视野。
The department of thoracic surgery in NTUH performed more than 1000 cases per year under image-guided procedures. The rich experience opens the door for all participants to learn and share different opinions from different views and different needs. 

主要教师(杨顺贸医师)所领导的团队是一个年轻且富有创造力的队伍，在学习期间定会为参加者带来许多有价值的心得与想法。
The young and creative team lead by the key educator (Dr. Yang, Shun-Mao) will certainly bring many opportunities to all participants. 

这课程由三个阶段组成，第一阶段为在线自我学习，这将在开始前一个月提供；第二阶段为现场观摩学习，第三阶段为六周的辅助学习。在整个学习期间将会提供病例回顾与病案探讨、基于病患的实际演练、基于科室流程的扫描策略与分工协作、以及包含一个小型研讨机会。
This program provides learning in three phases, the first phase is online learning will be provided one month before the start of the on-site program, the second phase is on-site observership and the third phase is follow-up mentorship within six weeks after the on-site phase. During the observership phase will include cases' pre-view and review, hands-on and practice from the view of patients, setup of scanning protocol and workflow from the view of department, and also including a mini symposium on the last day.

1. 根据台湾省政府的卫生主管机关相关法规要求，所有的临床观摩学习活动都需要报备，请在未提供以下信息之前，不要预定您的飞机票与签证申请。 
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Taiwan, all clinical observership activities shall be registered. Please provide below information first before your flight booking and visa application if needed.

a.) 您的医事人员职业执照复印件  
a copy of your Practitioner License

b.) 您的护照复印件（剩余有效期在课程结束后仍有六个月以上） 
a copy of Passport (expiring at least 6 months after the end date of your training)

c.)您的在职证明（制作日期距开课日期需小于180天）
a copy of Employment certificate (issued date shall be within 180 days before the start day of the course)

2. 根据中国台湾相关法规规定，观摩学习者是被禁止参与任何形式对病患的医疗行为。
According to relevant Taiwan laws and regulations, observers are NOT allowed to provide any type of DIRECT care, treatment or service to patients. 

3. 申请者必须是医疗专业背景且已经工作两年以上。
Eligible applicants must have a medical professional background and a work experience for more than two years.
